Despite the strep throat virus lingering around our home, we had a great weekend celebrating our oldest son’s tenth birthday. He had his friends to celebrate with him, received a new bike to ride, and had his cousin slept over. He was happy, and we were happy for him. I can’t believe it’s been a decade since we became pregnant with our miracle baby.
While he’s getting so much older, so are we.
As he is learning to live life, so are we.
He’s learning from his mistakes and experiences, and so are we.
We, as a family, have come so far together. It feels like only yesterday the doctors said I would never have children, and here we are with four beautifully amazing children.
