Tongs and Achy Feet

March 4, 2015

Today was a mild pain day.

I mostly have pain in my feet. Actually, the last few days I’ve had a lot of feet pains. I don’t know what’s causing the pains. I’m not doing anything out of the ordinary. Foot rubs have helped, but the heels of my feet is where the real pain is. I can’t alleviate the pain. It’s aggravating.

Something that is annoying in the kitchen other than reaching high or low for dishes – tongs. They really hurt my hands. I can use them for only small bits at a time without my hands aching.

I’m going to bed with a small headache and back pains. I pray for a restful night of sleep in order to have minimal pain tomorrow.

Good night
